We are absolutely thrilled and deeply humbled to announce that PtboCanada, the voice of Peterborough, has officially named The Back 40 Smokehouse as a Grand Finalist in the highly-anticipated Peterborough Culinary Showdown!
Since we opened our doors at 287 George Street North, our goal has been simple: serve the most authentic, slow-smoked, offset wood BBQ in Ontario. Being recognized alongside iconic local establishments in this city-wide culinary showdown is a huge testament to the passion our team pours into our smokers every day.
